Today, our Executive Director, Dr. Rachael Marie B. Rosario has joined our Creator in heaven. Dr. Rachael is the heart and soul of the Society's operations for more than a decade serving as ED from 2009 until today. The PCS and the country lost an advocate, leader, health provider, doer, creative mind and great motivator/influencer. The PCS honors the legacy of Dr. Rosario and we enjoin everyone who loves and touched by her to pray.
Eternal rest grant unto the soul of Dr. Rachael Rosario oh Lord, and let the perpetual light shine upon her, may she rest in peace. Amen 🙏
