To break barriers in cancer education, the PCS focuses on institutional promotion to foster public goodwill and create favorable support for its programs and activities in prevention and early detection. Partnerships with government agencies, multi-sectoral coalitions, cancer support groups, medical societies, corporate and individual benefactors, and media networks are further cultivated to maximize resources and instill cooperation and collaboration.
